Dumbo Remodel

I & I Builders worked closely with one of our partners, Block Renovation, to bring this beautiful DUMBO project to life for our very busy client. Although the building itself was relatively new, the owner was looking to transform the space into one that reflected his simplistic, modern and clean style while remaining cozy, practical, and fun for the family!

The clients bold taste is evident in the regal blue and white custom kitchen cabinets with contrasting bright white quartz counters. Master bathroom consisted of elegant white herring bone subway tile installed over a beautiful apron tub, and accented with gold fixtures. For the second bathroom, we installed another apron tub encased in marble which was also used as an accent wall and complemented with large subway tile laid in a brick pattern through out the remaining walls. We installed a double vanity and accented everything with the most beautiful gold Kohler shower body, faucets, handles and accessories. When it comes to style and design, this project is most certainly one for the books!
